Founder & Principal Consultant, SuccessWave Advisory Group
SuccessWave Advisory Group
Aug 2024 – Present
I spent nearly a decade leading program management and transformation initiatives across four enterprise SaaS companies: SolarWinds, IBM, UKG, and VMware.
Across those organizations, the business problems changed, but the underlying patterns were remarkably consistent: fragmented workflows, disconnected systems, unclear ownership, cross-functional dependencies, and strategic initiatives that needed structure before they could scale.
In 2024, I founded SuccessWave Advisory Group to bring that experience directly to clients.
For the past two years, I've worked with enterprise organizations on transformation programs spanning operating model design, AI enablement, workflow automation, Customer Success and Revenue Operations, GTM systems, and large-scale cross-functional execution.
My work typically starts with a complex problem that doesn't have a clean owner or an obvious solution.
Before SuccessWave, I developed this approach inside enterprise SaaS environments ranging from a fast-growing startup to some of the world's largest technology organizations.
That experience taught me that successful transformation rarely starts with technology. It starts with understanding how work actually happens.
I hold an M.S. in Data Marketing Communications and am completing my MBA at NC State.
If you're working through a complex transformation, operating model, AI, or workflow challenge, I'm always interested in comparing notes.
